My name is Anthony Pulizzano and I am the Director/Owner of R.O.C.K. Adventure Company. I began working youth summer camps and instructed soccer camps when I was a freshman in High School. I continued that all the way through my career at William Paterson University where I played soccer for 4 years. I have been a Police Officer for 21 years, D.A.R.E Officer/Instructor for 6 years, and also a Certified Medical Technician for 14 years. During that time I also worked as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at William Paterson University for 14 years. My passion for the outdoors has been lifelong and I would like to share that passion with others. My other passion is making my kids happy! My son JP is happiest when he is with his friends. My goal is to combine my love for the outdoors and my experience coaching and teaching kids, and taking kids like JP out of their element to put together an experience that will make them better all around, mentally and physically.

The WHY we R.O.C.K. /Head IT Specialist

JP is the reason R.O.C.K. Adventure was created. He is a computer whiz, builds gigantic legos, loves video games, and going on adventures. He is amazing and sometimes it takes a little EXTRA to help him realize that. Our camp registration page was created by him! We are all about the EXTRA at R.O.C.K. Adventure and can't wait to have your kids share in this awesome family centered camp with us.

Owner/Certified Educator

My name is Jennifer Pulizzano, and I have been an educator in the public school system for the last 21 years working with grades Pre-K through 8th. I also coached a competitive high school cheerleading program for 20 years. As well as being a certified teacher I hold a masters degree in Educational Leadership. Recently, I was named the 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year for my school district. I am a mom to JP (9) and Camryn (3). They have taught me some of the hardest, most beautiful lessons and through all of life's ups and downs they have made me embrace every single moment. I am excited to bring this fun, innovative, outside of the box experience to life. Every child can be a leader and has something amazing to share and I am fully confident this camp experience will not only be an adventure but will also bring out each child's own personal areas of talent and success!

My name is David Pucilowski and I have been a Health/PE Teacher in the public school system for the last 15 years. Prior to working as a teacher, I worked in sports medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer for various colleges and high schools. I am excited to work with R.O.C.K. Adventure and bring my passion of lifelong fitness and health to our adventurers!

My name is Kim Venezia and I have taught elementary school for the past 18 years throughout various grade levels. I am a certified teacher who holds a masters degree in Elementary Education. In addition to my classroom responsibilities, I also ran numerous after school programs and served on many committees. I have 3 children, Camryn (14), Nate (10) and Jax (6). Our favorite thing to do as a family is to travel and create new experiences as often as we can. I am beyond excited to be part of this amazing camp for kids! I am a huge advocate for putting down those screens, going outside and creating core memories to last a lifetime!

My name is Bill Juliano and I have two children that are very active and love sports and the outdoors. I grew up in Pequannock Township and graduated college with a degree in Psychology from Montclair State University. I have been a Pequannock police officer for over 14 years and my current titles are; juvenile detective, school resource officer, LEAD instructor and field training coordinator. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing children begin to challenge themselves from a young age and move onto a successful adulthood. I am involved in coordinating our community service and also run our local Jr police Academy to try to inspire our youth to push themselves and go beyond their limits. I believe in this program and can’t wait to be a part of helping your children on their road to success as well as creating fond memories.

Hi! My name is Shea Darienzo, and I am a certified teacher, currently teaching the fifth-grade. Having worked in various Bergen County summer camps for several years, I'm excited to lead an adventure-filled summer with R.O.C.K Adventure! Beyond the classroom and camps, my passion for wellness is extended by playing beach volleyball and running. I'm thrilled to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to create memorable experiences for campers, embracing the outdoors with positive and enriching experiences for all involved!

My name is Lisa Denninger and with 15+ years of teaching experience, a certificate in Early Childhood, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, I'm excited to share my passion for inspiring young minds. Teaching students from Pre-K through 8th grade has provided me with varied experiences across multiple grade levels. My involvement at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church as a dedicated catechist and an active member of the Family Mass Committee, highlights my passion for fostering a sense of community, belonging, and faith. As a soccer coach, I believe in instilling the power of teamwork, facing challenges, and having fun! When I'm not working, you'll find me enjoying nature. Whether it's riding waves, running along the beach, hiking, planting veggies in the garden, or challenging myself with weight training, the great outdoors always bring me a sense of peace. Family is my everything! I cherish every moment spent with my amazing husband, Keith and our three active boys. Let's make every day an exciting journey!

Hello, my name is Kash Cruise, I have been a Police Officer for the past 20 years. I have found that the most rewarding aspects of my career have been engaging with the community through teaching DARE, LEAD, and as the School Resource Officer. I’m a dad of three amazing kids, Sophie (9), Brady (7), and Trevor (4). I grew up playing sports and have always had an affinity for being outdoors and keeping active. I look forward to providing an opportunity for the R.O.C.K. Adventure Company attendees to engage in fun and unique experiences.

My name is Kenny Baker and I have been an elementary school teacher for the past 15 years. I am excited to be a part of such a great team and I look forward to all of the events that R.O.C.K Adventure has to offer. My wife Amie and I were both born and raised in this beautiful area of northern New Jersey. We have three children, Kayla, Brooks, and Alexa. I have been an avid outdoorsman my whole life so this is right up my alley! There is no greater feeling than seeing the glow in a child’s face when they succeed in the classroom, on the sports field, or through an adventure. That glow is what drives me!
